Harumi Maejima

Harumi is the owner /director of harumiyoga+ and a E-RYT 500 (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher, with more than 2,000 hours of teaching experience ) through Yoga Alliance. It is the highest proficiency level in Yoga teaching recognized by the Yoga Alliance. She has been practicing yoga since 1994. Harumi uses a unique approach to the body and mind connection awareness. She focuses in breathing techniques and body movement to create balance and health throughout yoga and meditation.

Dawn Budetto

Dawn brings over 20 years of Yoga experience with emphasis on empowering students to feel confident and comfortable at their own level of Yoga exploration. Dawn obtained her 200-hour certification from The YogaLife Institute, the North American Headquarters of the 100 Yoga Centers program sponsored by The Yoga Institute of Mumbai, India.

Teri Nugent

Part of Harumi’s Healing House to share the Kripalu Yoga of compassionate awareness thru meditation in motion. Classes focus on breath and movement connection, with mindful awareness of the body.

Rachel Hollingsworth

  • Yoga Instructor 500 RYT

Rachel taught public yoga classes to students of various ages and fitness levels in both Hatha and Kundalini Yoga formats. Starting in January 2008, assisted the director of 7 Centers teach Yoga Asana workshops for students in the month-long intensive Yoga Teacher Training program; taught yogic philosophy, a variety of yoga practices, and yoga classes to the teachers in training.

Betti Ahmed

  • Certified Nia Instructor

Betti has a background as a classical pianist and ballet/jazz dancer. After graduating from college, she followed her passion to get certified as a Nia instructor in Los Angeles and immediately started teaching in the L.A. area. Betti is also a Licensed Massage Therapist, having studied at Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, which she believes is a great complement to her teaching.


Wanda Letourneau

Wanda’s classes accommodate everybody and every body. They are designed to mobilize and heal the spaces in your body through stretching, breath work and meditation and stabilize your body in space through Astanga vinyasa flow sequencing. Brian Skow

Brian holds Shodan (First Degree Black Belt) in Danzan Ryu Jujitsu (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Danzan-ryu) by the Shoshin Ryu Yudanshakai (http://www.shoshinryu.com/). His martial arts studies began in elementary school in Belgium, when he trained for two years in traditional Japanese Jujitsu. He continued as an adult in the 1990s, with a year of training in Kantan Kyo Jujitsu (http://kantankyo.com/) in Boise, Idaho, followed by five years of training in Danzan Ryu Jujitsu in Tempe, Arizona. At the end of those five years, in 2000, Brian was awarded Shodan, at which point he decided to take some time off to study and practice Tai Chi Chuan, Ki Gong, and Shiatsu. Time off, with occasional Jujtisu practice with former Dojo-mates. In 2014, Brian decided to return more fully to the art, exposing others to the benefits of Jujitsu. His focus is middle-aged women and men desiring to learn about martial arts and develop some confidence in daily life without getting injured in the process. However, if any become serious, desiring to learn more deeply, Brian is ready to bring them through the belt ranks


Patricia Raya, Phd.

Patricia is a 200 RYT and Reiki Master who teaches Iyengar-style alignment yoga, yoga therapy, and somatic-affective integration both privately and in small groups. She also has a doctorate in Psychology where she researched complex trauma and the healing effects of relational attunement between client and therapist. Her most recent endeavors include developing the Flowering Rock Method, a system of vitality that incorporates postural alignment and Iyengar style yoga, somatic-affective integration, release of holding patterns, principles of self-leadership, and stress reduction through mind-body-breath integration. Rebekah began her yoga journey over 15 years ago and is honored to be sharing yoga today. Rebekah offers a hatha based class with influences from Kundalini, Therapeutic and Vinyasa style yogas. With focus on breath, body awareness, specific systems in the body and over all well being, Rebekah’s classes are suitable for beginners and intermediate yogi’s alike. When not sharing yoga with others you can find Rebekah in her garden, behind the camera taking photos, painting signs or spending time with her vibrant & beautiful baby girl, Isa Rose!
