I know I’ve been away from this blog much too long, and while I have been working and making happened at studio I missed other cyber communication.
I have spent lots of time in the kitchen recently, creating and pre-prepared fresh veggies being delivered every week by Horny Toed Farm.
I am loving it and fulfilled my appetite every week.
I will share few of my easy and healthy recipes with you. Today I have for you a long time favorite of mine, because so easy and simple healthy soup. Carrots and ginger soup. Perfect for cold evening, or when you get tired of fancy holiday meals.
You can’t believe how easy to make it and so good for you!

I am proud to announce that I will be appearing on the live streaming yoga program, Take Yoga Now.
Take Yoga Now is a free, daily show that airs live events every weekday, to an audience of over 35,000 fans. It was founded two months ago by my friend Wendy Hartley, who wanted to give people an easy way to practice yoga from their homes, without requiring a fee as other sites do. She will soon be taking a leave of absence to recover from her upcoming breast cancer surgery.
I am happily joining the show to lead a yoga class every Monday until she is able to return, however
I am little nervous about getting in front of camera and am I good as Wendy……but I am observing my fear
and taking time to over come, just be my true-self. Be comfortable as my own skin.

My new yoga class “Yoga for Golden Age”. It is on Tuesdays at 11 am.
Its not about yoga for 50+.
Its about the “Golden” shiny age, young, beautiful and wise.
Now this generation of people’s 50+ is 10 years ago ‘s 35+ with beautiful body and capability and yet smart and wise, knowing how to enjoy life,
keep doing what they like and shine. SO I am dedicating to these people
who are continuing to enjoy their life.
Yoga for Golden Age is focusing on strenthing, flexibility and balance, as well little challenging postures.
Like Tina Turner. She is my here and inspiration! She is now 74 y.o and this concert was done in 3 years ago. She shows me her strong body and spiritual power. Isn’ she great!?
